360-aware Saliency Estimation with Conventional Image Saliency Predictors
This page makes publicly available the source code of our models for saliency prediction in 360-degree scenes via different interpretations of equirectangular images.
This approach won in the "Head and Eye Movement Prediction" category of the "Salient360!" Grand Challenge at ICME'2017.
The outline of the algorithm is presented below.
